Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a credit or exchange. Due to logistics and transaction costs, no refunds will be offered. However, we do offer to give you a credit or make an exchange (except for fresh flowers).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, if applicable.
Certain types of merchandise are not permitted for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers and plants cannot be returned. Plants are alive and we take the best possible care of them while they are in the store, so no credit or exchange will be given if the bouquet or plant has not been properly cared for after purchase.

However, we invite you to let us know if you are dissatisfied, so that we can find the best possible solution.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing time (this can take up to 72 hours).

Sale or promotional items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at clients@kyotofleurs.com and drop off your item at: 1893 Avenue du Mont-Royal Est, Montréal, QC, H2H 1J3, Canada.
Workshops
We are delighted that you are interested in our workshops, and we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending. In order to ensure fair and efficient management of bookings, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for booked workshops. This includes cancellations for personal, professional or medical reasons.
2. Exceptional Travel: However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you wish to cancel your participation 48 hours before the scheduled date of the workshop, we may exceptionally move your participation to a later date, depending on availability.
We kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellation within the specified time frame and contact us directly to discuss the possibility of travel. We will endeavour to find the best solution to meet your needs.
