Portulacaria is a succulent plant that can be worked as a bonsai. This species is ideal for beginner bonsaikas because it requires little maintenance and little watering.
Lighting: Bright to medium.
Watering: Allow the soil to dry between waterings.
Fertilization: Fertilize during the growing period with a bonsai fertilizer. Do not fertilize immediately after pruning.
